  • Uses

This product is designed for overhead power lines with rated AC voltage U/U of 0.6/1 kV and below, featuring copper, aluminum, or aluminum alloy conductors, and equipped with weather-resistant insulation made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables.

    Applicable Conditions

Rated voltage U/U is 0.6/1 kV.
The long-term permissible operating temperature for cable conductors is as follows: for PVC and polyethylene insulation, it should not exceed 70°C; for cross-linked polyethylene insulation, it should not go beyond 90°C.
The installation temperature of the cable must not be lower than -20°C.
The allowable bending radius for cables: For cables with an outer diameter (D) less than 25 mm, it should be no less than 4D; for cables with an outer diameter (D) of 25 mm or greater, it should be no less than 6D.

    Delivery Requirements

Delivery can be made in any length, as agreed upon by both parties.
Cables should be neatly wound onto the delivery reel, with ends securely sealed. The length of cable exposed beyond the reel must meet testing requirements. Additionally, only cables of the same model and specification are permitted to be wound onto a single delivery reel.
When the two parties reach no agreement, the provisions of the GB12527-90 standard shall apply.
