10kV Cross-Linked Polyethylene Insulated Overhead Cable
- Product Description
-
Uses
This product is suitable for overhead power lines with a rated AC voltage of U (Um) at 10 (12 kV).
Applicable Conditions
The maximum long-term permissible operating temperature for the cable conductor is 90°C.
The laying temperature shall not be lower than -20°C.
During a short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5 seconds), the conductor's maximum temperature should not exceed 250°C.Model Specifications
Model Name Main uses JKYJ Copper-core cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead cable For overhead fixed installations, soft copper-core products are used for transformer lead wires. When installing the cables, ensure a proper distance is maintained between the cables and trees; however, during cable operation, occasional contact between the cables and trees is permitted. JKTRYJ Soft copper-core cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead cable For overhead fixed installations, soft copper-core products are used for transformer lead wires. When installing the cables, ensure a proper distance is maintained between the cables and trees; however, during cable operation, occasional contact between the cables and trees is permitted. JKLYJ Aluminum-core cross-linked polyethylene-insulated overhead cable For overhead fixed installations, soft copper-core products are used for transformer lead wires. Delivery Requirements
Delivery can be made in any length, as agreed upon by both parties.
Cables should be neatly wound onto the delivery reel, with ends securely sealed. The length of cable exposed beyond the reel must meet testing requirements. Only cables of the same model and specification are permitted to be wound onto a single delivery reel.
When the two parties fail to reach an agreement, the provisions of the GB/T14049-2008 standard shall apply.
