  • Product Description
  • Application

This product is designed for fixed installation in 0.6/1kV rated power transmission and distribution lines. During operation, in addition to reliably transmitting electricity under normal conditions, the cable maintains uninterrupted current flow for a limited time even when exposed to fire or combustion. The cable conductor is permitted to operate at a maximum temperature of 70°C, while its temperature during a short-circuit event will not exceed 160°C for no more than 5 seconds.

    Model and Name

    Model

    Name

    NH-YJV

    Cross-linked polyethylene-insulated, PVC-sheathed fire-resistant power cable

    NH-VV₂₂

    Copper-core PVC-insulated steel-tape armored PVC-sheathed fire-resistant power cable

    NH-YJV₂₂

    Cross-linked polyethylene-insulated, steel-tape-armored, PVC-sheathed fire-resistant power cable

    Cable Laying Recommendations

    1. The cable and ambient temperature must be above 0°C or maintained at this condition for 24 hours.

    2. The minimum bending radius should be no less than: for single-core cables — 30(D + d), and for multi-core cables — 22.5(D + d), where D is the actual outer diameter of the cable, and d is the actual diameter of the conductor.
