PV1-F Photovoltaic Cable
- Product Description
-
The PV photovoltaic cable is designed for solar power systems, with tinned copper conductors and XLPE insulation. It resists UV, heat, cold, and corrosion, ensuring safe, durable, and efficient energy transmission for residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar installations.
Application
Suitable for wiring used in electrical installations of indoor and outdoor solar equipment.
The PV1-F photovoltaic cable boasts superior resistance to UV radiation, heat, cold, ozone, hydrolysis, acids, and salt corrosion, along with excellent all-weather performance and outstanding abrasion resistance.
Cable Structural Materials and Performance
Conductor: Tinned copper wire
Outer jacket material: XLPE (also known as cross-linked polyethylene) serves as the insulation material.
XLPE cables boast excellent electrical performance, with dielectric losses significantly lower than those of paper-insulated and PVC-insulated cables. Additionally, XLPE cables have lower capacitance as well.
Photovoltaic cables undergo radiation treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance and weather durability—making them ideal for long-term outdoor use. They are perfectly suited for wiring and connecting solar panels and their associated components, particularly in outdoor applications. These cables are highly resistant to sunlight and aging, and their construction with low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant materials ensures enhanced safety. Additionally, their lifespan aligns seamlessly with other photovoltaic products.
Colors: Black/Red
