  • Product Description
  • The control cable features polyvinyl chloride insulation and a polyvinyl chloride sheath, making it suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, as well as the energy and transportation sectors. It can be used in control and protection circuits with rated AC voltages of 450/750 volts or lower.

    Performance Characteristics

    1. DC Resistance: At 20°C, for 0.4mm copper wire, the value is less than or equal to 148 Ω/km; for 0.5mm copper wire, the value is less than or equal to 95 Ω/km.
    2. Insulation Electrical Strength: No breakdown occurs between conductors within 1 minute, and no breakdown is observed between conductors and the shielding layer within 3 minutes.
    3. Insulation Resistance: For control cables, when each core wire is grounded relative to the other cores, the insulation resistance should exceed 10,000 MΩ·km; for HYAT cables, it should be greater than 3,000 MΩ·km.
    4. Working capacitance: Average value is 52 ± 2 nF/km
    5. Far-end crosstalk protection: At 150kHz, the average power of the specified combination exceeds 69dB/km.
